Returns and Exchanges

We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with the product we want to be able to meet you needs with the limitations listed below:

• Returned items must be post marked within 14 days of the shipping date
• Items must be in original packaging with tags attached
• All discounted items are final sale
• We do not give refunds unless there is a defect in the item
• If you would like to exchange an item please email makasea1@gmail.com and contact us with your return/exchange and we will give you a return/exchange number to address your package with
• You will be in charge of all shipping costs to return items and charged with new shipping costs when your exchange item is sent to you. Maka Sea will not be responsible for any lost items in the mail so please consider using a tracking number
• Please Allow 2-4 weeks for all returns/exchanges to process

All items are sent USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process and be shipped out
